Here's my list:
  1. Diagnostics from someone who knows their shit. I believe QOVES is a good brand for this, although you can also default to looksmaxxing YouTubers. If you have the money, there's no need to worry about doing your own research, just pay someone else who knows x10 as much as you.
  2. Healthy food, a gym membership and SOME supplements. (Other healthy habits are free btw)
  3. Skincare/laser therapies, steroids, teeth whitening/veneers/orthodontia/Invisalign/etc.
  4. A good haircut and haircare products, good clothes, a nice cologne, grooming equipment, minoxidil, etc.
  5. Fillers and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures

Ay put some respect on red light therapy, gua shua is pretty bullshit, but RLT isn't, at least some a health-standpoint.

whichever is gonna help fix your biggest flaw

do you reckon fillers like rhinofiller are better than surgeries like rhinoplasty and why? or you said non-surgical because i specified no surgeries yet.
also thanks for the list i'll definitely have a look at those things.

Fillers are definitely not better than surgery, but they're a nice step if you can't get surgery just yet or are considering getting surgery but would like to see how you like the results.

If you wanna get chin or jaw implants but are unsure, just get fillers to decide whether you want to go through with it or not. Non-surgical stuff is situationally useful, but I mentioned it because you specified no surgeries, so that's the next best thing really.

Oh well then in such case then I stand with you. I though you were speaking about red light in general

Most red light therapy masks on Amazon don’t really work because they’re usually too weak. The light intensity isn’t strong enough to make a difference, and many of them don’t use the right wavelengths that actually help with skin. A lot of the cheaper ones also have a bad fit, so the light doesn’t hit your face properly.

No I meant the cheap amazon bs.
Strong red light panels work because they give your cells enough energy to actually do something. The light hits the mitochondria and boosts ATP, which helps with repair, collagen, and reducing inflammation. Weak masks don’t have enough intensity or the right wavelengths to reach deep or trigger a real effect. Basically, strong panels give your skin the fuel it needs. Cheap masks dont… ofc the real panels work brother🤠

I appreciate it, have you ever took cjc and ipamorelin?
Im curious if there are any significant side effects im not aware of and the purchasability of that.
If i should consider purchasing it from a very trusted source or not bother much since i heard its way safer then some shit.
And if pills or drops work cuz i dont want to be injecting it.

I hope you can answer the questions if you took these peptides :))

No, that's pretty stupid, but it's only a year until he's 18, at that point he can legally go to a clinic and have them done.
Yeah fr, DIY fillers is pretty stupid lol. But ofc you could DIY it if you what tf you doing lol

Well first diet matters way more than supplements, you'd ideally be getting most of your nutrition from whole foods, Cronometer is an excellent app to track micronutrient intake, but it's probably overkill for most people, still a nice tool to have.

Despite that I do believe some supplements are useful for most people and others are situationally useful.

USEFUL FOR MOST:
- Creatine (holy grail of supplements)
- Vitamin D3+K2 (most people are deficient, plus kinda hard to get from diet unless you're eating shit ton of salmon or something)
- Magnesium Bisglycinate (again, most people are deficient)

Situationally useful:
- Carotenoids (for coloring)
- Collagen peptides (it's useful for skin health and longevity, though not a "must", but if you can afford it, I'd add it)
- Rhodiola/Ashwagandha/Theanine/Glycine/etc, adaptogens in general (useful if you're stressed or just want an extra hormonal edge).

Other supplements are either very shady, offer benefits but they're not relevant for your age (or in general), have VERY PARTICULAR USE CASES or straight up don't work. I wouldn't do antioxidants, most "nootropics", weird aminoacids or roots. You can get most of your minerals and vitamins for food so none other than the ones I mentioned are necessary if you have a good diet.

i'm not sure about creatine because my whole dad's family (including him) has kidney problems like each one of them has had kidney stones once, i heard creatinine sometimes is not filtered completely and it can cause problems. I will just accept my fate that no matter how much i hydrate myself i will need to face that too.

So creatine is generally safe for most people, and the research actually suggest it isn't linked to any issues with the kidneys (except from a few severe conditions), so chances are creatine will do nothing to you, and it isn't linked to kidney stones or anything similar, but if you want to avoid it, it's your choice and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Unrelated advice, but if you truly want to minimize your chances 2-3 liters of water, avoiding oxalates (from raw vegetables, ideally boil them since oxalic acid is water-soluble) and avoid processed shit.

Never heard of that

Should get one for your head as it'll help with hair / balding

And full body tanks work

Some shit at the top of your shower may not get much skin exposure
