Another way people can improve 3 whole levels is if they actually changed the base of their face, either through pubertymaxxing, or some kind of orthodontic procedure like MSE, or some drastic surgery like lefort.

3-4 p best case scenario I'm talking a holocaust maxed ginger with horrible hair and style before puberty gets blessed by puberty dyes hair and eyebrows wears dark clothes for contrast and uses bronzer and frauds ex increase 3-4 psl
