Is 15 pounds realistic?
 
No you would lose a lot of muscle as well something around 1-2 lbs per week is good enough

I haven't lifted in 2 months so my muscle is all gone anyways ...
 
6 or 7lb is a lot, but doable

What’s ur starting weight? Better to stick to a max of 2 pounds a week bc muscle loss. Also loose skin.
 
4lbs is your safest bet without losing too much muscle mass.
