i don’t know why i have to explain myself about it when ive said many times that i have issues, i have a appointment for my sleep problems again for the 10th year in a row and hopefully they can make suggestions because one of the reasons i wanna get a better sleep schedule is so i have more time away from my family members since im doing a course at home

the worst part about this is how my life has been 10x better for the past like 2 months compared the last 3 years, this is like a nazi finding out his favourite creator wasn’t blonde with blue eyes
