What's the one thing in your life stopping you from grabbing that rope and snapping your neck in half?

For me it's the gym tbh
Without it I woulda roped long ago tbh
Only thing that makes me feel satisfied with myself and feeling good after
Something that builds on itself. Healthy earnt dopamine.

Without it I probably would've rope long ago

I like that you gotta diet hard and train hard at same time to get any form of results, meaning it helps u stand out

Plus people rely on you, its not really something i could ever imagine doing.


When i had a depressive episode when younger i do remember reasoning to myself that " i can always kill myself tomorrow". Then your life from this point on is all a bonus, you're totally free to make of it what you will and if it blows up in your face well you can always go back to plan A.

A lot of young people fall into depression when the reality that they probably won't be an exceptional person hits them, however you don't need to save the world, you only need to save yourself. You might not have the ability to become famous or rich but you do have the ability to pick yourself up and drag your sorry ass to a position in life where you can be proud of yourself.
