For those of you who always say “10 % body fat or rope” can you give some tips to us hight t males who like food?
Anything from food suppressants to whatever helped you get shredded.

I’m currently on OMAD. One meal a day

I never did any diet before in my life, I always just ate as it pleased

basically I decided to do omad november in conjunction with no nut november
Making it a double challenge, so if I fail one I fail both. That’s what motivates me to only eat once a day. But its only been 4 days so no big achievement so far obviously.

Counting calories. I used to avoid it because I was lazy and thought it was stupid, but it's the best tool to ensure you're eating in a calorie deficit and gives you a sense of control

I have a few cheap high-protein healthy meals on MyFitnessPal that I regularly eat and I just log it into the app when I do...

Good for you. I suggest you make all your meals high-protein, high-fiber (fruits/veggies) and drink lots of coffee/tea/diet sodas to blunt appetite

I just have the mentality that hunger is a good thing.

When I feel hungry I know my body is burning away mass.

Also I consume the majority of my calories after 2pm so I don't have to go to bed feeling hungry.

Yeah, I should have specified that I mean something more or less tasty. Though theoretically you can make even eggs tasty (and I'm not a fan of eggs), but that requires more ingridients than just them. Meanwhile (pseudo-)beef cutlets are very affordable (6 pieces for 0.4 of daily budget). Potatoes are dirt cheap but they only taste good when fried — uber-unhealthy, tuna isn't cheap at all JFL.

Also good luck getting enough nutrients by eating apples and bananas in sane amounts, not even mentioning gaining muscles.

Could be different for non-shithole countries though NGL.
