Lenght is measuared by dividing the height of the chin, to the length of the philtrum, those two lines should be parallel

this is only possible if your lower lip is a good size or your upper lip is thin enough otherwise it'll look weird

you can add lower lip volume with filler or fat grafts, and do upper lip reduction with lip lift. it barely changes upper lip size anyway

Well ive been seeing people harshly rate damian kater for it (even though his philtrum doesnt look that long) and even claim that for more severe cases invasive surgery is the only solution as it ruins the whole face (according to them)

damian kater philtrum isnt even bad theyre just retarded. but like i said lip lift with botox easily fixes it

if your philtrum is very long but upper lip is thin youre likely to have a good result from procedures ive mentioned.

I just measured 2,5cm philtrum length, 4,5cm of chin height on the right and 5,1cm on the left side of my face. According to the ratios left side should be optimal while right is lacking right?
