Been on for 4 months, on 60 now. derm prescribed. Did micro it before on my own, then got it prescribed. It’s not just redness still breaking out on back, not serve but not glass skin.

Not that important, take a multivitamin snd mineral as too little of some mi erals can cause a dull look qnd i guess some polyphenols can be benficial

yeah but before i took a traditional high dose

then started rinvoq for my ibd and got a breakout so doing 20mg daily now and perfect skin again

Smart move . Rn I’m doin 20mg a day to fix my skin texture after I’m done with my cycle I’ll start micro dosing 10/mg 3 days a week
