What’s the optimal diet for teenagecels?

I’m 14 and I’ve tried a bunch of shit. I even fell for the goatis bs for a bit and got ecoli jfl. Right now my diets cooked and idk wtf to eat. I’m also very active.

meat, eggs, diary, etc.

Animal products (not raw, PLEASE) are absolutely needed, but you need other stuff if you truly want to maximize growth. I'm sorry but there's no realistic way to get your full array of RDA from meat products alone, theoretically possible of course, super difficult and expensive in practice.

Fruits and vegetables are fine. Just cook them and opt for low anti-nutrient and FODMAP options if that's an issue for you, but truly it's irrelevant for 99.99% of individuals, we're adapted omnivores, we have some defense mechanisms to deal with the nasty chemicals in some plant products on top of the fact that we have cooking too.

The optimal diet is whatever gets you your full nutrition profile (macro and micronutrients), has minimal processed foods, and doesn't cause you bloating or inflammation. What this diet may be is highly dependent on the individual, everybody is different, I personally don't do well when I'm eating too many grains, so I avoid them as much as possible, but that's not the case for everybody. Experiment, and just avoid personally inflammatory foods, seed oils, processed foods, and too many sweeteners if at all.

Also, as DR. NICKGA suggests carbohydrates and insulin are very important as a teenager if you absolutely want to maximize your growth. Avoid big spikes too close to bedtime, and in general spiking it too high, but carbohydrates are needed nontheless.
