Im 16, 70kgs, 180cm and train 5 times a week (gym/boxing). Whats the best diet for me to maximize my growth and natural test levels? (height, bones etc..)

and btw is it true that if i can grow a beard my growth plates are closed? Saw it on tiktok and been wondering since then.
pls help no bs

i eat red meat everyday and i add alot of fruits and alot of water. Potatoes for carbs because rice isnt for me

I just love fruits. They satisfy my sweet cravings and who doesnt love fruits? I dont overeat on them tho

Why shouldnt i eat carbs? I try to limit them as much as i can and dont eat too much just like fruits
Fructose is awful for u bhai. Stop eating anything with sugar. Carbs are unnecessary; your body prefers fat as a fuel source. If u don't fix your diet and start eating organ meat, seafood, and raw dairy, then, unfortunately, it will be over :feelswhy:

Fruits have sugar bro, fructose = sugar. Potatoes have carbs, carbs are slop, don't eat them. Fruits aren't necessarily bad for you, but they are nutritionally inferior to meat. u don't need them. Just eat Meat.

Fruits have natural sugars that are good for u bro i dont get ur point? Neither carbs like potatoes, rice etc are bad for you? (in moderation ofc) Explain why natural sugars and carbs are bad for you:feelswah:
