For most people its quality meats and vegetables. Only moderate amounts of high sugar fruit. I would say any diet that you have to supplement to stay alive is not a good diet.

1g of protein per lb of bodyweight (Eggs, Meat, Poultry or Fish)
38g of fiber (Cereal, Whole Grains, Brown Rice, Fruits and Vegetables)
All your Vitamins and Minerals (Fruits and Vegetables)
1g of fat per kg (Eggs, Cereal, Meat, Poultry, Fish)
The rest are carbs (Pasta, Rice, Bread, Fruits)

My diet is extremely simple. This is what I tend to eat in 1 day:

use an online macro calculator

PRIMAL DIET
but it's impossible to be strict primal

No bread, starch or soy.

Healthy fats, organ meats, red meats, tuna, eggs, smoked salmon. Get carbs from fruit and green veg. Cook a lot and stay away from packaged/processed foods.

Really solid diet.
Supplement eggshell powder to get Calcium : Phosphorus ratio to 1:1
Also consider switching out high fiber starches to low fiber starches such as Jasmine Rice (very low fiber)
Buckwheat has a shit ton of magnesium tho so eat that every once in a while
Make soup out of oxtail (Oxtail meat part has a lot of Collagen, when cooked Collagen turns into Gelatin. If you put oxtail soul cooked for 8 hours on low in the fridge it will turn into a solid jello. Gelatin has a unique Amino-Acid profile and is high in Glycine, a really good Amino-Acid) to balance Carcinogenic/anti-metabolic Amino-Acids (Tryptophan, Cystine, Methionin). Traditionally an animal was eaten "nose to tail" which included organs (for Copper, B Vitamins, Selenium) and also all Collagenous parts such as hardworking muscles (Oxtail, Front/Back Calf, beef ribs), ligaments, bones (which have Collagen that connects the muscle tissue to the bone), tendons etc etc.
So during these days, Glycine is undereaten.
Don't cut back on ripe fruits, juice oranges instead of eating them whole, and fuck bananas 🍌:sick::sick:

Yeah u can. great lakes gelatin is a good brand supposedly
Bananas have chemical 5-hydroxytryptamine (Serotonin), enough to significantly raise blood Serotonin levels, which is bad. Bananas are also a unique fruit (berry) in that they are starchy (like a potato or rice) and not full of sugar, so you're eatin raw starch, that's bad shit
Even if you cook them (which is done in many cultures) you still don't solve the Serotonin issue
Anyway it'd be a good fruit if it didn't have Serotonin and was more sugary then starchy
