Ik this doesn't answer your question specifically but I would just listen to what your body tells you. 4 isn't bad at all imo but some people need more/less rest days than others. Good sleep and nutrition are key. Just gotta listen to your gut bro 🦾🦾 good stuff for going to the gym.

3 days full body each time. Proper splits are for bbers on roids trying to accentuate millimeter perfect muscle definition.
