I’ve realised that the more you interact with people, the more chances you give them to judge you, misunderstand you, or use something you say against you.
A lot of conversations are just pointless social games where people pretend to care while secretly judging each other.
With real friends it’s different, but with most people I feel like speaking less and observing more is just the better move. No interaction adds value imo
