Depends, if you have came to the conclusion that there's nothing left for you rationally then age will not change that

Someone can become suicidal because of rational thinking or experiences, experiences as in perhaps getting bullied for your looks and therefore genetics, which would be an indication you will struggle with women and will therefore miss out on an aspect of life/enjoyment

Looks. Its my main focus and If i’ll look bad doing something in front of people i wont do it. I have no greater desire Than to be seen as the best looking person to everyone i meet and would do unspeakable things to achieve that.
