Easiest way to filter and weed them out of the general population is just using dating apps. Yes apps are majority male, but even if you live in a small country it will have tens or hundreds of thousands of women looking for relationships, fwb or just dick for one night.

Weeding them from random passers by or in social circles is too exhausting.

But they definitely aren't all taken. And the woman who is taken today might get into a big argument and separate from her bf or husband 1 month later and be on that same dating app. It's a revolving door.
