Keep trying, my username says it all what I suffer from and I wanted to rope many times but didn't and glad I didn't at this point. Fucked up in high school bad too. It is fixable. Don't avoid medication if it is truly bad

my psychologist said what i might be depressed, difficult relationships with my parents, friend with whom i no longer communicate, also felt unwell for about 2 weeks because of the medications (rehabilitation after a shoulder injury, and meds dont help jfl)

idk what to advise you, what brings me happiness are activities that you immerse yourself in and you like it, sports, for example. good luck to you

Set some sort of goal, or something you'd want to achieve in the next 5-10 years. That will help you carry on.

Might be a dumb example but I want to be a carpenter, and by the time I'm 30 I want to have my own business.
Something like that can take you a long way.
