What's the point of getting buccal fat removal?

sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but whats the point?

why dont you just get lean and then do aqualyx if you really want, i mean they dont take out 100% of the fat pad they leave some behind so you dont look like a uncanny monster, but its not a "fat removal" its a "minor fat reduction" so then whats the point?

its expensive asf and theres so many alternatives, hell you can even do Ultrasonic Cavitation.
