You're getting molested if you go to a French surgeon. But all jokes just depends on how good ur surgeon is. And idk why ur specifically worrying about how much advancements theyll limit you to. If ur worried abt the "average surgeon" being too conservative, then turkeys the obvious route. they generally dont give af abt how much advancements u make. Well just on average, and u can easily find way cheaper prices then whatever @FraudImplants is doing. And if ur scared of paying cheap for a risk in higher botches (which is valid). Again, just look at the shit giants done at his price and u wont feel scared anymore. You can easily find someone competent enough for a cheap price in turkey. I’ve heard that french surgeons are bluepilled too but they’re kinda cheap and here in europe, i live in sweden for reference so. I’ve seen some good ones for genio but idk about a bimax/trimax

Man i dont care about the advancement so much bc I dont need THAT much, im not really recessed im more of a clav case lol, ofc theres no such thing as ’too much forward growth’ it will also help pull my tissues forward and give me better hollows , less smile lines etc

But my longer midface balances out my low end ESR, if u actually look close i have kinda low esr,

So its debatable if i should get normal bimax or CCW bimax, i kinda get what u mean from the side but it will affect my front too

Although my gonial is 120 degree which is in the ideal, i think i look slightly better w lower gonial so ur prob tight
