Not necessarily true I kept most of my gains even after stopping, since you're chewing all the time the muscle doesn't atrophy as fast.

implants are really the only option for a better jaw.

It's definitely the better option masseter hypertrophy isn't always aesthetic I mean look at bruxism or all Connor Murphy after chewaxxing destroyed his harmony because of too much hypertrophy in that area

You don't lose muscle there as quickly but masseter hypertrophy isn't always good or aesthetic it can make you look bloated as well

Did the opposite for me actually, made my hollows significantly more defined
