Yea so everyone has their reasons as to why they do it.

1. it can be really addicting with the endrophin release

2. Self-punishing; lots of people do it because they think they deserve (each of their own reasons)

3. To feel something, unfortunately some people are too lonely and emotionless so they opt out to do sh in order to feel something in their life
