whats the procedure called to remove acne scar bumps

you can get really strong ones that remove layers of your skin and it all comes off
very invasive but will work

If you're positive there's no pus left inside, then it's probably a hypertrophic acne scar. There are a few treatment options for it, like microneedling, silicone gel and sheets, wound compression, corticosteroids, ...
