What’s the real reason people here aren’t getting the surgeries ?

why do people who are over the age of 18 aren’t doing the surgeries they always speak of? Is it the money or what? A bimax isn’t really that big of a deal like it’s literally 100% safe and you can’t get botched if you chose a good surgeon. And why are so few people only getting infra orbital implants or Supra orbital implants and canthoplasty too.

There is always a chance something can go wrong. There are also always reasons not to get it. People finding out isnt as big of an issue but still might be.

yeah but you can’t really get botched with fat grafting or bimax like if I get surgeries I will make sure to invest money and not to safe anything on any surgeries
