Why suddenly all teenagers r 6'3 even in India every teenager is tall

Meanwhile im 19 and my growth fucked due to early puberty i feel mature than my age at 19

True. I did not know u were indian . Which state?? . Its mostly due to hormones in meat and milk. Nutrition is cope . How in the fucking world people dont understand that bad nutrition majorly effect upper body and not limbs. Limbs length are effected mainly by genes, hormones and mechanical factors. Hence u see these kids with torso and shoulder of 5'7 and legs and arms of 6'7 and they average 6 ft. Most guys who are from city are 6ft ,i can confirm cause i am night time 5'11 .
