attractive people are more socially developed because they were not shut down or turned away when they were growing up and thus understand social norms better than ugly incels who didn't socialise as much and or didn't receive any positive reinforcement, on top of that the halo effect plays a role in perceiving certain people as better/worse based on their appearance and or mannerisms

Ugly people are ushered into an environment with significant disadvantages. Their looks in addition to other factors such as being non athletic/not possessing applaudable talents disqualifies them from a lot of tribes (social circles). Being ostracized leads to negative environmental feedback and not assimilating with the tribe’s identity (picking up trendy phrases, social cues, behaviors). This social isolation leads them into looking for safe havens, usually with other ugly outcasts or online friends. Thus their prefrontal cortex will adopt weird behavior (classic example is super smash bros, anime, strange discord communities.

When they reciprocate these newly discovered behaviors in person normies use pattern recognition place them into the weird category, and then normie will continue to discover these weird ugly people and strengthen their pattern recognition until they associate ugly people with weird permanently. And thus the cycle repeats.
