Whats the reason everyone thinks im younger than i am usually people think i look like 15 years old when im 17

you look like you're still going puberty(late bloomer or something), basically bloated, no bones, aton of acne, etc
(and if you are, you can probably maximize it)

You are just not as developed right now, when you would softmax everything that’s possible I thing maybe people would only guess you are just a year younger than you actually are

Wouldnt that stunt me i have very little Muscle mass( stay inside all day and never worked out) And my arms and legs are very skinny but my face and Chest(gyno) and Stomach is really fat

probably just hop on reta so you can cut fast and minimize puberty loss

Alright also i turned 17 like 10 days ago, and i wonder should i start lifting weights since Chat gpt told me im skinny fat cause i barely have any muscles and High BF%, and is like 1000calorie deficit alright, because my maintenace is like 2500 calories i do like 1k calories of cardio(started 4 days ago) and i want to eat my maintenance pre cardio?
 
it's mainly due to the fat content you have on your face it gives the typical "baby" appearance and is why your age is getting undermined and underestimated

You should be lifting in the first place even if you're not skinny fat, and it's up to you if you want to do an aggressive deficit but know when to stop

also make sure to pay attention to diet and water consumption. not too much sodium lots of water and not too much sugar. Walking or cardio will definitely help just make sure to stay awake from carbs and definitely order some potassium to help increase your facial fat loss significantly
