Depends which country, and material. I would always prefer a maxillofacial surgeon rather than a plastic surgeon and only use peek would never use silicone or medpor

For standard silicone, probably $15,000+. In general, Dhir > Yaremchuk > Eppley in terms of prices. I don't know about Kulbersh or any of the doctors who practice outside the United States.
