What’s the safest diuretic option for everyday use?

Not talking about furosemide — I know that’s not something you should casually take every day.

I’m wondering if there’s any milder option that can actually be used daily for reducing water retention / facial puffiness, without causing major electrolyte or dehydration issues.

Looking specifically for something suitable for long-term everyday use, not a one-time “hardcore” diuretic.

What do people actually use for this, and what are the downsides?

bro its Eplerenone, i thought everyone knew this. take 75-200mg per day and you'll be permanently debloated, and there are no side effects apart from ur potassium levels increasing, but nothing will happen as long as you dont eat potassium heavy foods
