Tldr: orals suck, inject or don't do peds.

Orals kill apetite, liver supplements dont solve this. Even with less liver toxic shit like sarms, my appetite went down the shitter.

I started with sarms and became depressed for like 6 months because my estrogen levels were nuked (orals are the same story, and no dbol is not sufficient for estrogen as it converts to methyl estrodial which the body cannot efficiently use).

Also you said you don't want to go down the injection route but realistically if you use orals longterm you will need to start pinning test anyway. SUB-q inject into abdominal fat, barely hurts and helps reduce the peaks from roids.

If you are really deadset on orals though here's the dealio. You need estrogen, this is a must so if you're not going to use test you at the very least need to supplement with dhea and pregnanolone for sufficient estrogen while on orals. Stay away from dbol, it fucking sucks. Just pure bloat, shit gains. Halotestin, Winstrol, Anadrol are brutal on hair and terrible on the liver and winstrol wrecks your tendons. Oral trenbolone if you hate yourself, ill leave it at that. Anavar is relatively healthy and kind of hair safe but weak asf and expensive asf. Turnibol similar story except even weaker.

Quit being a pussy. if you're gonna use roids, inject. If you are too scared to inject then you most definetely not ready to deal with all the other problems that come with exogenous hormone intervention

probs dianabiol or turinabol. Anavar is said to be mild but rly bad for cholesterol. Effect of them all on the liver is massively exaggerated tho tbh. The safest thing is to inject test though which idk why u wont do that.
