Jobs that are based in humanities will usually have a large pay difference, if you are a top 1% professional in that area you can be making millions by writing books, giving lectures and psych analyzing elite wealthy people who pay you thousands for a hour session but for the most part you might just be a counselor or a community college level professor or even a barista.
