I saw someone asking how to get higher set cheekbones in a comments section and the only replies were “not possible” and “osteotomy.” Would zygoma reduction/osteotomy actually be able to influence the positioning of the cheekbones on the midface. I never thought about it before but I actually don’t think ud be able to raise them
