Whats the smartest fix for my zygos

My zygos have ideal lateral projection but could do with some more anterior projection

And my left side zygo is flatter and not symmetrical

However my zygos are very compact and are high set, left zygo even more so its genuinely sean o pry lvl, which is why im wary of getting a bulky implant or cheek implant incase it makes my zygos too blocky. I also dont want any more lateral projection

Would calcium based fillers be the way to go instead?
