literally anything it's all about the cumulative dose anyway

so the highest dose you can tolerate to get you to the cumulative dose as fast as possible (i wouldn't go above like 100 tho)
if it's steroid induced acne then take 20mg ED
if it's for long term maintenance then 5-10mg ED

i'm personally taking 60mg a day
