i see. To me there are not any viable solution. Fillers don't last and migrate. Fat graft do cause also issues and aren't permanent. Autism to do implants here. Then we only have botox to have the least sides but it last even less.
I feel like beside ptosis surgery - i have slight ptosis - and ice maxxing, nothing is worth it.

Yeah, honestly eye area is the hardest to fix, which sucks cuz it’s arguably the most important facial feature

it's probably due to mongolian admixture, but this isn't ideal for appeal imo. Like barret or erisken. Both look uncanny to a certain degree.
But yes people of central asian have more tight eyes than those in west asia. To be fair, i only have very slight scleral show, and ptosis, with okish amount of UEE, but i literally do analysis all my flaws and can't forget it. I know that tho, if i keep this autism and take the surgery journey now i'll end up like amnesia - at best - thinking of every subtle flaw that i have still not fixed.

I don't think that's necessarily true. In Southern Europe a lot of people also have deep-set eyes, despite not being in cold climates.
