I wouldn't mind having full upper lips but thin upper lips with full bottom is not pleasing

Other than that if ur philtrum is long too then lip lift is a good option

I assume there is an underlying cause (like overbite) causing disproportionate lwoer lip. Pictures please. advise to treat underlying cause if im correct.
