i had taco bell chicken nuggest and for me im pretty sure that was the most disgusting thing ive ever eaten

at least like out of normal foods

arguably sardines and liver are signifcantly worse because i couldnt even stomach forcing myself to eat either of those foods

i had to plug my nose while eating both and chug something like chocolate milk directly after swallowing to get rid of the after taste

Not really I just ate normally I don’t think any type of preparation could make me like sardines or liver like tf they taste like literally fucking puke

To be fair the liver I had was shit, frozen liver and I had no idea how to cook it. If prepared properly I can’t say if it’s good or bad, but I did have it from a restaurant once off DoorDash I got a side of liver and that shit was gross too
