Has anyone watched funky town? Read about it but can’t stomach to watch it

yeah, funky town is probably the worst. It's so bad it doesn't even look real though and it makes it easier to watch. Also the soundtrack is dope. Sweet Child of Mine is a great song.

I have read the description and listened to a "horror" youtuber break it down. Never gonna watch it though.

Not comparable at all imo. It was way too fast. In Funky they actively tried to keep him alive.

Haven't watched gore in years but I did a lot when I was 10-12 for some weird reason.

Worst one was probably a video where a woman was being eaten by bugs while laying on the ground. There were maggots inside her skull and shit, abosultely digusting.

Don't know why I used to watch that stuff.
 
I very rarely watch gore but remember that I watched one vid in the Moroccan mountains where two danish girls were hiking alone. They got caught by some Arabs while running away and they took a video of them chasing them down and macheting them, and taking their clothes off. They begged for mercy in danish which fucked with me and then they sent the video of the girls getting killed to everyone they were friends with on the girls Facebook messenger app. To their parents as well. It was fucked up stuff

Funky town definitely. I can still recall the dude's face.

But my most traumatic event in life had nothing to do with gore. I attended the funeral of an 18 year old kid, during which, the reality of death overwhelmed my soul.

I thought of death so much that l could not sleep at night for one whole year. I was neither living nor dying. But it made me realize all religions ( civilization itself ) are ultimately based on the fear of death and its avoidance.

I turned to Sufism to escape this fear of death, then Bhuddism and Vedanta... and l have never looked back. I don't fear death anymore. I ask God to take my soul every night.

Yeah it’s something different watching gore and seeing people you knew in life like family for example laying on the bed completely still while their skin turned yellow, and going to a funeral with them being completely still inside the coffin ready to be buried
