For me it’s the Lego sticker (people chopped up next to Lego people pieces it’s beyond insane) or some guy missing everything above his jaw,
it actually wasn’t that hard to look at it was just VERY red. But it just looked like an extended mouth at the same time so it was ez to look at,

The most disgusting prob funky town and El patron the eye really disgusted me. The most gut wrenching was a father holding his deceased daughter in his arms , her parietal bone was completely open with brain matter falling off. Or one guy and one girl playing/flexing with a gun in the bathroom: the girl pointed the gun to the forehead of the guy, accidentally shot him and in panic shot herself too. This one is gut wrenching if you think about the family opening the bathroom and seeing wtf happened
