what’s the worst norwood that can still pull of buzz cut

but what is the max norwood that you can get away with and buzz still look good?

online ive seen people look great with buzzcuts with receding hairlines, perhaps norwood 1-1.5 and even sometimes 2. but they're always htn+, so idk
