no just very lean fat pads, his zygos are not that prominent

I have this but without prominent cheekbones.

Its like the mouth almost is forward grown. i call it forward grown palate.

idk but i have it. Think i saw someone saying something about bulges around the mouth being caused by a palate expander or something? And i did have a palate expander when i was 13 or something.

Alveolar bone protrusion usually correlated with a forward grown maxilla. You don’t actually need a forward maxilla for it though.
