White Americans are mostly german/anglo/Irish and Australians afaik are mostly anglo and with some other west euro ethnicities, mostly German due to the white Australia policy.

americans aren't as angular or robust as native europeans, the average 'white' american has uee for example but the average european from the countries they're from (i.e germany) has next to none, they're also significantly shorter than the people they claim to descent from.

tronders also aren't really mainlanders they're concentrated on the west european islands and the mountainous parts of norway that weren't very accessible except by boat.
