I see many tiktokcels saying it works and bluh blah
I tried it 2 years ago when i 1st joined org, and asked people about it.
Anyways i did it for few months but it is just cope and did nothing for my eyes
assuming some users already told me it is a cope , but i tried it anyways

TL;DR : It is cope , don't waste your time doing it.
