No i only bonesmashed chin and zygos.

I went all in from the first day but learning how to properly hard mew while pushing up with back third of the tongue took some months to figure out.

Mewing right for 3 hours is better than wrong for 10 hours but it takes trial and error to figure out how to do it since everyone has different kinds palate and tongue sizes.

I think it may have helped a bit but my pfl and ramus were always good. Being leaner makes them look even better.

You have to be South Asian/Arab light skin at max to have top appeal in India. Extremely light skinned ones have low appeal in India, Germanics, Nordics, North Atlantids, extremely light Mediterraneans all have way lower appeal than your slightly light skinned South Asian.
