He doesn't look particularly tall or big. It looks like he just does a ton of core exercises and maybe calisthenics. Good veins too.

Sustainability-wise, I'd say that yeah it can be depending on how active you are and if you don't eat a lot. I've seen skaters that stay that skinny all year round cause they're constantly outside moving around and they barely eat.
