Dry skin, purging, It worsened flaking on my scalp, and it can cause vit a toxicity but I wouldn't worry about that. And we aren't "reticent" about it tbh (Didn't even know what that word meant, had to google it jfl), it's promoted alot here. But if you are young and don't have acne I wouldn't bother with it tbh.

Reticent is a french word, I thaught it was correct aswell in english
