What's up with Dr. K's face?

Is this hemifacial microsomia? Or maybe condylar hyperplasia? I have the exact same condition as him, almost exactly same face structure. His left side is signficantly bigger than right side of the face, and his chin is also tilted.

Any high IQ users got answers for this condition? What even causes it.

no but it's a legit condition, some people have this kind of severe asymmetry. But yeah even if his face was symmetrical, he would probably still be sub 5, but idk. This condition is cancer af, not sure why it exists.
