Over the past few months, I’ve closely studied the Brown family’s philosophy of life (a family that has produced some of the girls with the highest SMV on the planet these days) because I wanted to see what they do differently and understand what true, peak life satisfaction actually looks like..

(that's at least theoretical pinnacle one can strive to get as close to as possible in this lifetime. Obviously, 99% of people can't fully replicate what they do, but at least you have a point of references, like watching a player that already has like the maximum level in a video game)

both for oneself as an adult and for potential future children, all while giving up to as many daily coping mechanisms and the "slop" of everyday life as possible..
