Depends tbh I'm more inclined to say mandible but I know someone who's like 4'11 and have such a sunken maxilla it's genuinely disgusting.

It's maxilla for sure because most of the time it either creates an under bite which is genuinely disgusting to look at or it recesses the mandible as well.
