What’s wrong with clav’s face?

His mouth area and jaw look kind of uncanny. Is he jutting his jaw out for more foreword projection, or is his leanness + drug use making his skin age that badly? I used to jut my jaw out, but noticed it looks a bit uncanny and autistic, so I just rest my jaw. Clav might be doing the same shit, but he legit looks mentally ill here.
