I’ve posted a lot more than 4 times in the past 2 hours, believe me. I’ve been out today with my friends but I just dislike them, I have no social battery

Stop being with them

Take a proper break from them for a bit. Just tell them you need some space to recharge and you’ll probably feel like seeing them again in a week or so once your social battery is back up.

ldaring is also my favourite way to spend my time after hitting the gym. but you gotta be careful with it cuz it can easily lead to you just becoming fat lazy and depressed. i don't let myself ldar until i've earned it yk
