Whats wrong with my alveolar bone/maxilla?

Im legit only one in the world with this
I had upper lip tie removal but my gums are like only 2mm in height
I also don’t show much of the upper teeth when smiling, its really a subhuman flaw
I do get rated htn- CL somehow tho

possibly but it depends on downgrowth/compactness, curvature, ANS projection, alveolar height/length, etc.

Basically small implant into the jaw create anchor for teeth and ortho will push those teeth downwards. it will lengthen alveolar bone and improve my teeth show. also should help decrease my mfr - 1.04

will probably ascend your smile so thats pretty good

but im not convinced midface wise, if you want to lengthen your face you will need a lf1 downgraft, what you said is most likely cope and even if it does bring about changes they will probably be insignificant

That sort of lip/mouth structure is common in people with sfs, weird

you should definitely do something about it. It's not ideal looking at all, and I get why you are asking about it. Consult an orthodontist/maxfac

at the end of the day, only orthognatic surgery will correct something like this, so might as well start there

It's so weird but I have a theory on why. i have normal maxilla but my alveolar bone itself is very short in height

mogger lower third first of all

most private dentists offer some sort of tooth grading service, I'm still considering shaving down my middle two teeth for a more aesthetic look, but I have a Crack in my right one which might ruin it. I'll try to remember to tag you though.
